Our rice is produced by Inazo, who visits producers in Akita and Ishikawa directly and examines the rice paddies in front of him, examining not only the quality but also the water quality, soil, climate, and other aspects of the growing environment.
Furthermore, we ask for details such as the type of fertilizer or pesticide, how to use it, the dosage, the spacing of rice plants, and the cultivation schedule before deciding to purchase.

The primary feature of Inazomai is the variety Akitakomachi, Koshihikari, Tsuyahime and Milky Queen, all of which are sourced exclusively from full-time farmers selected by Inazomai.
We aim to be a rice grower that brings happiness to all three parties: growers, sellers, and consumers.

Rice production area

This book records the journey of Inazo Rice Store, which was founded in Singapore in October 2013, and includes visits to rice-producing areas in Akita Prefecture, his hometown and rice supplier, and the process from rice production to export.

We hope to be able to give you a glimpse into the environment in which the Akita Komachi and Koshihikari rice that you eat are produced and transported, along with the original landscape of Inazo's heart.
