【material】

・Potatoes...3

Onion koji ....2 tbsp

・Potato starch....1 tablespoon

☆彡 Parsley, black pepper, nutmeg, curry powder, Parmesan cheese, etc. as desired

- For frying, use rice bran oil, which can be used at high temperatures, to make the food crispy!

【How to make】

1. Cut one potato into cubes about 5mm thick. Be careful not to soak it in water!

Place in a bowl and sprinkle with potato starch.  

2. Peel two potatoes, place them in a heat-resistant container, cover with plastic wrap, and microwave. Once they are soft, mash them roughly.

3. Combine 1, 2, and onion koji and mix.

If it's too watery at this point, adjust the consistency with potato starch. If it's firm enough to be shaped, it's OK.

5. Add rice bran oil to a frying pan and fry. (If you have a fryer, just fry it as is.)

At this point, after shaping the potatoes, lightly coat them with potato starch before baking to prevent them from sticking. Also, since they are very soft just from being hashed, wait until they are thoroughly cooked before flipping them over.
