Elegant red-purple mini tomato salad F様

【Ingredients】

・Cherry tomatoes

・Purple onion

・(for massaging) Salt koji or salt

・Seasoning

Lime

Salt koji or salt

Olive Oil

 

【How to make】

1. Finely chop the purple onion and massage it with salt koji or salt.

After leaving it for about 15 minutes, squeeze it tightly to remove excess moisture.

2. Add seasoning A to step 1.

Since the tomatoes are added last, make sure the saltiness is strong!

3. Add the halved cherry tomatoes and gently mix.
