Green salad is an ingredient that is easily available year-round in Singapore, and the sweetness of raisins makes it a hit with children, so it's recommended for families with kids🥗♪

Simple Green Salad

【Ingredients】

・Broccoli

・Okra

・Cucumber

・Raisins

・Seasoning A

Olive oil

Shio Koji

Lemon or vinegar

【Instructions】

1. Boil the broccoli and okra.

2. Cut the broccoli, okra, and cucumber into bite-sized pieces.

3. Put step 2 and raisins in a bowl and mix with seasoning A.

Done!

It's not really simple at all... there are four types of ingredients...

Since the seasoning is simple, it seems like it can be arranged in various ways!

Chicken Ham Salad

【Instructions】

1. Layer corn, green beans, and onion and steam them.

2. Add shio koji and olive oil to step 1 and mix.

3. Pour over chicken ham, and it's done!

In step 3, the chicken ham suddenly appears, and using shio koji makes it tender and juicy. Shio koji is said to have the ability to break down proteins (protease). This recipe helps with digestion and absorption, allowing for efficient intake of high-quality protein!
