Sweet Potato Rice Beyond Imagination I様

<Cooking Time 5min + Rice Cooking>

Recipe from I-san, who blesses Inazo with rice balls during delivery, no mistakes!



I recreated it for thumbnail shooting. Oh my, what a surprise. The steam from cooking exceeds imagination. A gentle sweetness and an appetizing aroma 🤤. It's very popular with children too ✨

【Ingredients】

・Rice...4 cups

・Filling/Seasoning

Sweet potato (Beni Haruka)...550g

Soy sauce...1 tbsp

White dashi...3 tbsp

Salt koji...2.5 tbsp

※To make it a staple menu in our home, a way to remember

Soy sauce + salt koji : white dashi ≒ 1 : 1

At the end of cooking,

・Sesame salt a little

【Instructions】※I only received the ingredients from I-san, and the following includes Inazo's assumptions.

1. Cut the sweet potato into 1cm~1.5cm cubes and soak in water.

2. Wash the rice with love and put it in the rice cooker pot as usual.

3. Add the seasonings and mix lightly.

 ※Depending on the state of the salt koji, be careful not to form clumps.

4. Drain the water from the sweet potatoes in step 1 and scatter them over the rice.

5. Close the rice cooker lid and turn the switch ON! Say "Let it be delicious."

6. Once cooked, (enjoy the steam) sprinkle sesame salt and enjoy.

Since I didn't have black sesame, I tried it with black pepper and salt. I added Golden Mochi Barley to increase the amount of soluble dietary fiber.

It's delicious enough to make you sigh. (´Д`)ハァ…
