・Eggs 6 pieces (keep in the refrigerator)
・Salted koji 1 small to 1 large
【How to make】
1. Make boiled eggs.
I think there are various ways to make it, but this is crucial! So, in detail.
1. Boil water in a pot until the eggs are about 90% submerged.
In the meantime, set the timer for 6 minutes and 30 seconds.
2. Take the eggs out of the refrigerator, place them one by one on the ladle, and gently submerge them in boiling water.
3. Once everything is in, start the timer, and roll the eggs with a ladle for about 30 seconds.
4. With 6 minutes left, prepare a bowl of cold water while waiting.
5. When the time is up, scoop the eggs with a ladle and place them in cold water.
2. Prepare a storage container or bag, peel the boiled eggs, and place them in the container.
3. Add the salted koji, mix it into the surface of the egg, and store it in the refrigerator.
