Don't miss out on holiday lunch! Chicken meatballs Don Don

<Work time 20 minutes>

Don don don don meatball DON!

Perhaps because it's an izakaya menu item, for some reason, Tsukune Donburi doesn't appear in Anpanman.

Both kids and adults love it ^^

The onion koji adds flavor, and the eggs make it fluffy and soft. Cook in a frying pan.

I feel like the white part of the fish turns out softer, so try making a yolk sauce or just using soy sauce for the kimmy.

The sauce we'll be using this time is the classic(?) teriyaki!

~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
【How to make】
0. Cook the rice.
1. Put all the ingredients in A except for the egg whites into a bowl and mix well.
Mix until it becomes sticky (it still looks hard as you can see in the photo below).
2. Add the egg whites and mix again. It will become liquid-like. (I forgot to take a photo. I'll try again next Saturday.)
3. Add oil to a frying pan and drop the batter into it with a spoon.
4. Once one side is cooked, add sake or water, cover and steam.
While the meat is cooking, mix together the teriyaki sauce B.
5. Once cooked, reduce the heat to low, wipe off any remaining oil and moisture in the frying pan with kitchen paper, and pour in B.
6. When the teriyaki sauce thickens, turn off the heat and add the Oligo.
*Adding oligosaccharides or honey at the end will give it a glossy shine.
Dip the meatballs in the sauce on both sides, no, all sides, and then place them on top of the rice!
\\ Completed! //
If you make small portions and freeze them before mixing them with the sauce, they're super convenient for lunch boxes or when you want a side dish!
If you plan to eat it within a week, line the container with kitchen paper and store it in the refrigerator.
Lesson learned: Teriyaki burns easily, so you don't have time to take a photo.
