The quality of a jar depends on the inner pot.

In other words,

①High temperature resistance and excellent thermal conductivity
②Convey the heat evenly and uniformly

There are many Japanese manufacturers, but we cannot overlook Tifal, a French manufacturer of kitchen appliances that is a global leader.

First, to ensure that the heat is thoroughly transferred to the rice, is the pot thick enough to withstand high temperatures and pressure?

If you use a cheap, flimsy plastic pot like those popular among Singaporeans , you should give up on cooking delicious rice.

The ones worth buying are those that are carefully layered - 5, 6, 7... - and feel heavy in the hand.
