This is a rich and robust flavored organic JAS certified sesame dressing that can be deliciously enjoyed with salads or shabu-shabu.
● Uses overseas organic white sesame.
● The onion, mandarin, carrot, garlic, and ginger are 100% domestically produced organic.
● Sugar is made from organic sugar.
● The brewing vinegar is made from organic pure rice vinegar using 100% domestically produced organic rice without alcohol.
● The soy sauce is organic brewed soy sauce made from domestically produced organic whole soybeans (non-GMO) and wheat, aged for over a year.
● The salt is made from sun-dried raw salt.
● The starch is organic potato starch made from domestically produced organic potatoes (non-GMO).
● The organic rice fermentation seasoning is made from domestically produced organic rice, rice malt, and water, fermented using sake yeast to create organic pure rice cooking sake (salted type).
● No antioxidants, preservatives, coloring agents, or flavor enhancers (such as amino acids) are used.
● This product does not use edible fats and oils in its ingredients, but it contains oil derived from sesame.
