4. Returns and Exchanges

After the product is shipped, if there is no negligence (※) on the part of our company or the shipping company, we cannot accept returns, exchanges, or refunds for the product. ※ Negligence refers to situations such as sending a different product than ordered, the ordered product not being included, or the seal on the bag being open, etc. For example, if you thought you ordered Koshihikari but received Akita Komachi, and upon checking the order details, you indeed ordered Akita Komachi, such cases do not fall under our company's negligence.
