1. Delivery and Shipping In-house Delivery
For orders by 10AM, same-day delivery will be provided. Orders placed after 10AM will be delivered the next day.
We have irregular holidays (with temporary closures) and deliver every day.
Please note that there are physical constraints on delivery. If the slots for that day are full, same-day or next-day delivery may not be possible. We will contact you in that case.
1. Shipping Fee
- The shipping fee is a flat 6 dollars for purchases of 2kg or more of rice.
- 12 dollars for less than 4kg. We may refuse orders that only include items other than rice.
2. Delivery Area
Delivery is not available for overseas and also for remote islands within Singapore, including Tuas South Ave.
Additionally, we cannot accommodate high-security areas such as offices and government agencies, so please understand.
For certain areas with very high delivery costs or times, such as Sentosa Island, delivery will be made for purchases over 80 dollars.
3. Date and Time Specification

4. Delivery Method
Basically, delivery will be made to the front door.
Please be sure to write any requests for delivery, such as security or concierge drop-off, or not ringing the intercom, in the memo section when placing your order.
We cover the entire state with one delivery vehicle and must complete that day's deliveries within a limited time.
In cases where delivery takes longer than necessary, such as waiting for a back (fire) lift, we may not be able to deliver to the front door.
We will consult separately for concierge drop-off and other requests, so we appreciate your cooperation.
5. Receipt
Due to many requests stating "not needed," receipts and delivery notes will not be attached to the delivered items.
It would be helpful if you could use the confirmation sent in the order confirmation email or write "handwritten receipt requested" in the memo section when placing your order.
