Returns/Refunds
Regarding product returns after shipment, we cannot accept them except under the following conditions, so please understand.
1. Foreign matter contamination from before opening.
2. Damage to the packaging bag before product shipment (the product will be shipped in a nylon bag or brown rice bag, but we cannot accept returns for damage to the outer packaging.)
3. Abnormalities in the product visible before opening (such as mold or discoloration. Blue rice (immature rice) that may be mixed in at a rate of about 1 grain in 1000 to 2000 grains, and colored rice that occurs during the growth process of rice, which are unrelated to quality, will be excluded.)
Furthermore, the temperature in air-conditioned rooms in Singapore is always above 25 degrees, and the humidity is above 80%. If stored under these conditions, the rice will deteriorate rapidly and may cause mold and weevils. After the product arrives, please ensure that the rice is promptly stored in the refrigerator.
After milling, the surface of the rice rapidly oxidizes, and the taste level decreases. This is why "freshly milled (just milled) is the most delicious."
Therefore, consuming the rice quickly is an important point to enjoy delicious rice. If you place your order in a quantity that can be consumed within a month (or a quantity that can be stored in the refrigerator) rather than in bulk, we will be able to continue providing delicious rice.
Additionally, customers whom we determine may cause "trouble" after placing an order will have their orders canceled and refunded before delivery, so please understand.
