Noto's sun-dried salt from Suzu, Yuasa soy sauce from Wakayama, rice oil from Yamagata Tendo...

And the fourth installment of the seasoning series, next up is sugar.

That said,Inazo prefers "oligosaccharides."

Speaking of oligosaccharides, "galacto-oligosaccharides" are abundant not only in humans but also in the breast milk of mammals.

Because they are indigestible, they reach the baby's intestines in a live form, leading to a massive increase in lactic acid bacteria.

And immunity goes up!

Thanks to that, the baby's〇△ is, in terms of color and aroma, more beautiful than that of adults... maybe?

Galacto-oligosaccharides are mainly sold in powder form.As a nutritional supplement, they are quite expensive. Using them daily as a seasoning is a question.

So, there was a 1kg large bottle of oligosaccharides at Don Quijote.

People who buy that. They don't think at all about what type of oligosaccharides it is,or what kind of effects it has in the intestines, just like I used to, lol.

The inexpensive one is called "isomalto-oligosaccharides," made mainly from corn (mostly genetically modified).

Compared to white sugar, it has a milder sweetness and calorie count.Indeed, it can be used as a seasoning.

However, it is easily digestible. It is digested and absorbed in the small intestine and does not reach the large intestine much.In short, it is not useful for promoting the baby's○△〇 and intestinal health.

What I am considering introducing is "fructo-oligosaccharides."This has the same indigestibility as galacto-oligosaccharides and reaches the large intestine alive.

Originally, they are found in vegetables like onions, garlic, and burdock.

What can be used as a seasoning is syrup made from sugar beets (beet sugar).

Beet sugar molasses (the residue after extracting "beet sugar" from beets) contains about 20%of fructo-oligosaccharides.

There are also expensive ones with 40% fructo-oligosaccharides, so I definitely want to try this as well.

Now, what are the effects of fructo-oligosaccharides?

I tried it.

I can't write the details, but the rumored fructo-oligosaccharides are amazing,it's a lactic acid bacteria pandemic in my large intestine!

Of course, I strongly want to use fructo-oligosaccharides for "sweetness" along with intestinal health.

There, with antioxidants (brown rice, germinated brown rice, black rice, rice oil, etc.)and dietary fiber (rice other than white rice and barley, etc.) as a base...

Adding Yuasa soy sauce and Noto salt as the finishing touch, with fermented foods as a trump card,to improve my diet.

Delicious and good for the body. The sense of security and satisfaction is different.

Then, doesn't it feel like there is a "beautiful moment" there?Just trying to sound poetic, lol.

Finally, the main event of intestinal health! Around mid-June, Dosanko Oligo (40% fructo-oligosaccharides) is scheduled to arrive.
